FIBA commissioner Leonard Falzon will be on duty today during the Division A European Women's Championship qualifier between Italy and Belgium in Avellino.

The match is from Group B of the qualifying round where ten national teams are divided into three groups and aiming to win the last two available spots in the championships. This event will be played in Antalya, Turkey, next month.

Three teams make up Group B. So far, only one match has been played. Slovakia beat Italy 82-66.

In Avellino, Falzon will be in charge of the FIBA team of referees, composed of Spaniard Vincente Bulto and Swiss Fabrizio Bellinzona.
