Propertyline has opened a fifth office in the bustling capital city, ideally located a few doors down from the Public Registry in Merchants Street.
The company decided to open its doors in Valletta to be of better service to the thousands of people who work in Valletta thus increasing its accessibility. There also seems to be a dramatic increase in demand for properties in Valletta and the south of the island from overseas buyers who visit Malta.
Propertyline's managing director Trafford Busuttil said Malta was looking at a very bright future with regards to the propety market in that the interest and demand from the company's overseas clients had increased greatly. The extensive marketing/advertising campaign that the company has conducted and will conduct has bourne the right fruit.
The new Valletta office will focus on investments, commercial sales and leases. However, all other services the company offers will also be avialable, namely sale/purchase of residential property, rental requirements, property management in both Malta and Gozo and the company's newly launched service Premium Lifestyle.
A professional team of property consultants specialising in the Valletta area and its suburbs as well as the three cities, will be based in Valletta. The Propertyline team has now grown to over 30 with the addition of new consultants who have been given intensive training to cover all aspects of sales, like legal procedures and property investments.
The other Propertyline offices are excellently located on the St Julian's promenade, Qawra, Victoria, Gozo, and Sliema promenade. The company's plan of expansion includes the opening of another branch office in the south.
