The Marsascala, Zejtun and Zabbar local councils have copies of the second draft environmental statement for the upgrading of Sant' Antnin recycling plant.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the statement in a soft version from the offices of WasteServ. Hard copies may be ordered from WasteServ at the cost of printing.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should inform the Malta Environment and Planning Authority in writing. A public hearing about this development will be organised.
