Throughout August, Melita Cable is offering subscribers to its analogue service the chance to convert to digital.

Current subscribers will also be able to enjoy other benefits apart from not having to pay to change the analogue converter to a digital set-top box.

Subscribers upgrading to digital in August will get a free installation of the hello service and three months' rental for the local intra-network calls for free.

Customers subscribing to a television service from Melita for the first time and opting to buy a digital package will also get a free connection as well as three months' rental for intra-network local calls.

Internet subscribers on the onvol network can opt to connect to the hello service for free and get three months' rental of local intra-network calls for free. New customers to the onvol network will also be granted this offer.

Hello is the new Voice over Internet Protocol service offered by Video-On-Line Ltd. This service provides local unlimited intra-network calls for free against a monthly rental of Lm1.66 and low international call rates to more than 500 numbers.
