I would like to thank the two young couples who seemed to have enjoyed their barbecue at L-Ghar tal-Veccja in St Paul's Bay on Saturday, to the extent that they did not want to spoil their fun by taking their rubbish and thought it would be better to leave a plastic bag, an empty charcoal packet and an empty fruit juice packet among other things for the other people using this small beach.

It is an insult also to the workmen who did their utmost to clean the beach just a day before. The local council should consider putting a few litter bins in the area.
