On Wednesday, the Principal of the University of Malta's Junior College, Godfrey Muscat and vice-principal, Mr J. Sciriha, will be addressing prospective Junior College students at Sir Temi Zammit Hall of the University, Msida.

Students already in possession of the necessary entry requirements as well as those awaiting results or resits, are also invited to attend, strictly in alphabetical order.

The talks will concentrate on the college's mission statement, set-up, aims and objectives as well as courses offered, time-tables, commitments expected, discipline, activities, etc.

During these sessions the booklet Look... before you leap, kindly sponsored by Bank of Valletta, will be distributed free of charge to all those present. This publication provides valuable information regarding subjects being offered at Advanced and Intermediate levels at the Junior College together with other advice regarding choice of options. Information related to special course requirements for undergraduate courses starting in October 2007 is also being offered in this booklet.

The Junior College as well as the Guidance and Counselling section of the Education Division, will be offering their services, by appointment, to those students who, after having read information provided, still feel they need advice. Further details, as well as application forms will be distributed during these talks.

Students who intend to further their studies at the University of Malta or abroad are urged to attend.
