There is an interact section in this Website which, I must stress, is not intended for personal consumer complaints. This is clearly explained in the Website. It has been set up with a view to encourage browsers to discuss consumer issues of general interest. However we still receive consumer complaints. Therefore we have no other option but to ignore e-mails regarding complaints.
