Legal appointment

Alain Guillaumier

Alain Guillaumier

Alain Guillaumier has been appointed director of legal affairs for Montaigne Investment Corporation, the Dublin-based financial services company that this year opened an office in Portomaso Tower, St Julians.

A law graduate of the University of Malta, Dr Guillaumier worked in the tax section of Price Waterhouse Coopers in Malta and at the legal offices of Ganado and Associates Advocates prior to his Montaigne appointment.
