Sponsorship for diabetes camp
HSBC Cares For Children Fund is sponsoring a camp, organised by the Maltese Diabetes Association.
The camp for children aged between eight and 14 is held annually with the aim of bringing young people who suffer from diabetes together in a relaxed environment.
The Maltese Diabetes Association has more than 1,000 members. Apart from organising events for children like this camp, it aims to educate its members and the general public on diabetes and how to prevent complications arising from it.
