I wish to congratulate and thank Mr Paul Guillaumier (The Sunday Times, July 3) for his expert and erudite, convincing and apologetic article-review of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code. It was a pleasure reading this analytic and critical assessment of the bestseller.

Mr Guillaumier has produced solid proof in exposing the subtle untruthfulness, misconceptions and misinterpretations contained in Dan Brown's novel.
