Energy-saving features in housing units
So many thousands of liri were spent by the Housing Authority to incorporate energy-saving measures in the new housing project in Tal-Ftieh, Birkirkara, and only a few weeks after their occupation, an air-conditioner has already been installed on the façade of one of the apartments. Was it worth the money and the hassle after all?
