What are the proposals for Siggiewi?

Siggiewi is one of the largest localities in this plan. Policies with regard to this locality seek to improve the community and recreational facilities together with better traffic management within the village core as well as the protection of heritage features.

It covers a comprehensive traffic management plan (SMSI 01); a multi-purpose community facility at Triq Dr N. Zammit (SMSI 02); the upgrading of Tal-Hesri sports complex (SMSI 03); the rezoning of Triq il-Muza (SMSI 04); the rezoning of the green area between Triq Sta Margherita and the bypass (SMSI 05); an urban open space at Misrah il-Vittmi tal-Gwerra (SMSI 06); the protection of the old parish church ruins and the rezoning of Triq L. Pisani (SMSI 07); and the rezoning of Triq il-Qajjied (SMSI 08).
