Bishop Nikol Cauchi on Friday ordained five new priests and a deacon during a concelebrated Mass at the Cathedral in Victoria, Gozo.

The deacon is Michael Galea from Xaghra and the priests are Christopher Cauchi from Gharb, Peter Paul Sammut from Nadur, Dominic Sultana from Xaghra, George Buttigieg, a Franciscan Conventual, and Pierre Farrugia, of the Franciscan Minors.
