'Modern Men in an Enlarged Europe'

The study conducted by the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC) and partners from Lithuania, Denmark and Iceland is one of the first that researches the role of men in gender equality.

In addressing the issue of men making use of parental and paternity leave the study will help bring about the much needed change of mentality and encourage men to value their contribution to the family, which in turn will offer them opportunities to truly enjoy their family.

NCW congratulates ETC senior executive Anna Borg, for yet another valid initiative in the promotion of gender equality.
