Hazardous ice-cream

One shudders to think what could happen when a group of hapless kids queues up to get their ice-creams from the van parked on the corner at the bottom of St Augustine's Street, opposite St George's Bay. In no civilised country can an ice-cream van be allowed to be an obstacle for drivers and occupy a pavement which should be there for the safety of pedestrians.
