Simonds Farsons Cisk plc have introduced an "extra" addition to the Hopleaf portfolio.

Brewed with natural ingredients that create the original Hopleaf Pale Ale character, Hopleaf Extra has a full-bodied flavour and five per cent alcohol, the brewers say.

Hopleaf brand executive Jocelyn Degiorgio said Hopleaf Extra delivered the extra character that appealed to beer lovers.

"This beer has been created for the more discerning customer who appreciates and enjoys beer of outstanding character and quality," she said.

Hopleaf Extra is available in glass 25cl returnable bottles. A smooth and creamy variant is also available on draught.
