Charged with domestic violence

A man was yesterday charged with trying to seriously injure his wife and his toddler son on Sunday afternoon.

The 45-year-old San Gwann man was charged with slightly injuring his wife, trying to seriously injure her and their son, who is one-and-a-half years old, and assaulting them and another two relatives in his San Gwann home.

Police Inspector Mario Tonna prosecuted.
