Nursery Football

Pembroke and Mosta were the winners of tournaments for U-12 and U-8 teams organised recently by the Pembroke Athleta football nursery. Another event at the club was the annual football marathon which brought the curtains down on the 2004/05 season.

Among those who visited the grounds during the marathon were Tourism Minister Francis Zammit Dimech and former Malta internationals Carmel Busuttil and John Buttigieg. The organisers had the backing of sponsors Pepsi and Paradise Bay Hotel. Pembroke Athleta will be holding their summer football school.
