Pupils excused from religion classes

There are 286 pupils in state primary schools and 220 in secondary schools who do not sit for religion lessons, Education Minister Louis Galea told Carmelo Abela in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday A further 45 primary school pupils and 55 in secondary independent schools also did not attend religion classes.
