For a change this is not a letter of complaint or a query. On the contrary, I am writing in appreciation of Mario Salerno, sales executive of Bathroom Gallery, Naxxar Road, Lija.

This gentleman's exceptional client care and professionalism are highly commendable; he actually goes out of his way to satisfy a customer. I really hope that this appreciation does not go unnoticed.
