Awaiting the lucky winner of the new word game series starting today are a Mondial tour to Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, an airport value Lm50 voucher and a year's membership of the Malta Scrabble Club.

The trip to Poland guarantees seven days packed with culture and history, departing on August 16 and returning on August 23.

Optional excursions include a day tour to Krakow, birthplace of Pope John Paul II, a city packed with museums, churches, art galleries, theatres, clubs, bars and restaurants providing "live" music.

Other options are a visit to Pieniny national park, where one may go rafting on the River Dunajec, a folklore dinner in Koliba as well as a romantic evening tour of the city of Budapest, in Hungary.

The name of the winner of the word game series that ended last Saturday will be drawn on Tuesday. The prize is an Albertours trip to Poland and Germany from July 13-20, an airport value Lm50 voucher and a year's membership of the Malta Scrabble Club.

The six nine-letter words for the series were brasserie and/or brassiere, atrocious, stalemate, infirmary, mortician and spiritual.
