Chelsea Supporters Club

A few weeks ago, members of the Chelsea Supporters Club - Malta were guests of Chelsea FC, the English champions, at their new training centre in Cobham.

The Maltese Chelsea supporters unveiled a three-metre long banner that was signed by each player as well as members of the coaching staff.

Officials of the club also took the opportunity to present Frank Lampard (picture above) with the Player of the Year award. The England midfielder also scooped the supporters' club honour the season before. He was presented with a specially-engraved wall clock manufactured by Mdina Glass. The presentation was made by club president Joe Anastasi.
