Chief Justice in Cyprus

Chief Justice Vincent Degaetano is in Nicosia, Cyprus where he is attending the 13th Conference of European Constitutional Courts which ends today.

The conference, being hosted by the president of the Supreme Court of Cyprus, is discussing the criteria of limitation of human rights in the practice of national European constitutional courts and of supranational European courts.

The Chief Justice attended also a meeting of the Circle of Presidents of European constitutional courts.
