Insurance subsidiary

The Atlas Group has launched a new subsidiary, Ark Insurance Management (Malta) Ltd.

The newly formed company is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide insurance management services to general insurance and reinsurance companies around the world including captive and protected cell companies.

The directors of Ark Insurance Management include Michael Gatt, Catherine Calleja and Matthew von Brockdorff. John Bonett is consultant to the board.

Next month, Ark Insurance Management will be represented at the AIRMIC conference organised by the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers.
