MEPA's bad example

It's bad enough hearing adverts on the radio referring to air-conditioners as "air conditions" and bad enough that the radio stations do not correct them. But it is an absolute disgrace to see an advert by MEPA using the term "air conditions". Is it possible that nobody had five minutes to spare to proof-read its advertisement regarding the removal of air-conditioners from Valletta?
