Obituary

DELICATA. On April 28, at St Luke's Hospital, Chev. GIUSEPPE DELICATA, aged 96, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sons Roger and Edward and their respective wives Gill and Doreen, Reggie, widower of Jeni, his grandchildren Darrel and his wife Tita, Marcus and his fiancée Romina, Sarah and her husband Robert Grech, and Katie, his great-grandchildren Hannah and Liam, his brother Emmanuel, nephews and nieces, his devoted friends Ms Paula Pace, Mrs Josephine Galdes and Ms Odette Patissier, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 2 p.m. for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment in the family chapel at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, will be greatly appreciated. The family wish to express their gratitude to the doctors and staff at Villa Messina, Rabat, and Ward MS1 at St Luke's Hospital, for their dedication. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

GILI. On April 28, at St Luke's Hosptial, May, née Calleja, aged 79, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her beloved children, Edgar and his wife Connie, Simone, and Nadya and her husband Thomas Fenech, her grandchildren Etienne, Karen, Jean-Marc and Suzanne, her sister-in-law Maria Gili, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be greatly appreciated. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.

SANT FOURNIER. On April 28, at St Vincent de Paul Residence, OLGA, of Balzan, widow of George, aged 82, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughters Nathalie, wife of Noel Vassallo, Maria, wife of Franklin Bonello, and Monica, wife of Joseph Felice, her brothers Carmelo, Victor, Albert, Anthony and Ronnie, and her sister Mary and their spouses, all residing abroad, her grandchildren Justin, Edward, Rebecca, Janika, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul Residence tomorrow at 7.45 a.m. for Balzan parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Balzan cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated. Lord grant her eternal rest.

Tomorrow being the seventh anniversary of the death of JOSEPHINE CESAREO, all Masses said at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Balluta, St Julians, will be offered for the repose of her soul.

A car wash organised by the Fgura Youth Centre in aid of the girls MUSEUM of Fgura and the centre itself will be held tomorrow at Wesgha Reggie Miller (the square behind the parish church) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be plants and flowers for sale in aid of the Fgura parish.
