In line with its mission "to promote good Human Resource Management and Development practices and to raise the profile of the HR Profession in the Maltese Islands", the FHRD is embarking on a Continuous Professional Development Programme targeted at all senior and middle management, including HR and training practitioners, and to all those who in some way manage people, including trade unionists.
The course will enhance the management skills of those who have been working for some time in a managerial position, and will provide new knowledge and skills for those who are new in the position. Our motto is 'Together We Learn'.
