Bank of Valletta said it has strengthened its customer relations base through the employment of 44 new employees for this division.
The new employees will be working within the bank's branch network where they will be focusing on enhancing customer relationships and providing a quality service to customers. The new employees will begin their career at the bank with a three-day induction course that will enable them to familiarise themselves with the organisation, its standards and practices. They will then attend an intensive two-week course which will focus on the immediate roles they will be taking up within the bank's branches. This training will not only cover various procedures but will also prepare the employees to effectively service the customers through the provision of various products and services.
