This regular feature in the FOI Sunday Times column lists all the areas and issues on which the Malta Federation of Industry was asked to forward its feedback during the past two weeks. As the respective consultation processes often have very tight deadlines for the submission of feedback, any FOI member wishing to havemore information or wishing to incorporate the company's comments in the FOI position on these issues, is to contact the FOI Secretariat as soon as possible on tel: 2122-2074, 2123-4428.

Issues received these past two weeks for consultation:

Rules on Nominal Quantities for Pre-packed products;

UR Pharmaceutical Agreement; and

Conditions and methods for collection of Financial Penalties on the holders of marketing authorisations for medicinal products.
