Bay Street appoints new CEO

After an absence of two years, James Davis, the former general manager of the Bay Street Tourist Complex and Hotel, has returned to the complex in the post of chief executive officer.

Mr Davis will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the complex. He will also be helping streamline operations and create a synergy between the different operators in the complex including the hotel, retail, entertainment and various food and beverage operators, business development, customer service and identification of new areas of operation.

"From inception, the concept of Bay Street was and remains a destination for all where visitors are entertained whether as guests of the hotel, or as shoppers or diners in a safe, clean and exciting environment," Mr Davis explained.

Mr Davis strongly believes that complex or outlets' staff should always be motivated, having their jobs enhanced to provide them with more job satisfaction that transmits itself to the visitors of the complex.

Mr Davis also expressed his gratitude to the business community at Bay Street for their continued support.
