I refer to the news item GWU Steps Up Action At Enemalta (March 18).

We as Union of Cabin Crew would like to clarify the last paragraph which said that "The Times is informed that after the directive was ordered, the data was in fact reaching the aircraft crew. In the case of Air Malta airplanes, for instance, an engineer used to take the readings himself and then communicate them to the cabin crew". Such information was never or is never given to cabin crew; in fact cabin crew are never involved with anything that concerns fuel loading data.

Editorial note: It was in fact the cockpit crew the readings were communicated to. Any inconvenience is regretted.
