The Revenue Security Corps (RSC) of the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) have participated in a VIP protection course held by the personnel of the Italian Military Mission (IMM).

The aim of the course, which ran from February 28 to March 18, was to prepare the RSC to work as 'bodyguards' - protecting a personality from whatever threats that could harm them.

During the intensive three-week course the IMM instructors used various training areas including inhabited areas in Valletta, Pembroke, Mdina and Hal Far to reach the high level of training the participants need to work in this field.
