Four Premier League players were yesterday given a one-match suspension by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner.

Valletta midfielder Keith Fenech was banned after collecting his fourth booking in his team's 2-1 defeat to Birkirkara last Saturday. Fenech will now miss the Citizens' clash against Marsaxlokk on April 9.

Marsaxlokk will be without Trevor Templeman who has been sanctioned after amassing his fourth yellow card in his side's 1-0 win over Floriana.

Hibs' defender Adrian Pulis also picked his fourth booking in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Sliema and will be ineligible for the Paolites' clash against Birkirkara on April 10.

Floriana's Steve Wellman was also suspended for one match after seeing red in his club's defeat to Marsaxlokk. He will sit out the Greens' match against Old Firm rivals Sliema Wanderers.
