I would like to point out that Cardinal James Knox sent his advice in writing to the Bishop of Gozo, Mgr Nikol Cauchi on February 13, 1979 and not in 1999.

A copy of the above-mentioned document can be obtained for verification from the office of the Leone Philharmonic Society's secretary.
