There are 271,137 licensed vehicles, Transport Minister Jesmond Mugliett said. He said an average of 13,500 vehicles were registered every year, of which 70 per cent were new and 30 per cent were second hand. He was replying to a parliamentary question by Adrian Vassallo (MLP).
