Enemalta chairman Tancred Tabone said yesterday he was never interrogated in connection with illegal sale of duty-free diesel.

He was reacting to comments made in Parliament by Labour MP Joe Mizzi on Tuesday.

Mr Tabone invited Mr Mizzi to repeat what he said outside the House so that he would be in a position to take legal action against him.
