Justice Minister Tonio Borg said yesterday that 34 persons were accused of sexual abuse last year. The cases included rape, corruption of minors and immoral acts. He was replying to a parliamentary question by Adrian Vassallo (MLP). The minister said in reply to another question that 14 rape cases were reported to the police last year.
