Time Less

Two faces of the same clock in Tower Road, opposite the Preluna Hotel, show different times: 13 minutes to four and a quarter to nine.

The other three clocks along the Sliema promenade on the way to St Julians, which are meant for commuters waiting at bus stops, are covered in black plastic bags.
