A Birkirkara man was yesterday jailed for two years after he admitted to breaking into three cars in Floriana last week.

Magistrate Anthony Vella heard Maurizio Massimiliano, 40, plead guilty to stealing the car stereos, each worth over Lm100, from the three cars and damaging them on February 18.

Police Inspector Josric Mifsud prosecuted.
