Klien to drive for Red Bull in Melbourne
Austrian Christian Klien will partner David Coulthard at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix on March 6, Red Bull Racing said yesterday.
The 22-year-old completed his debut season with Jaguar in 2004, scoring three points.
F3000 champion Vitantonio Liuzzi of Italy will fulfil the third-driver testing duties in Melbourne.
The decision has been taken following the team's intensive testing programme in Valencia, Jerez and Barcelona and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, Red Bull said.
