Buy Maltese!

The Maltese people themselves can help improve our economy - simply by being proud of what their country can produce.

It is a shame that local supermarkets and retail outlets stop displaying Maltese products instead of promoting them. These include wines, beer, squashes, fruit juices, milk, ricotta, jam, jelly, custard and even prickly pears.

The imported product is not necessarily better than what is produced locally.

One sees showrooms, garages mushrooming all over the island, but productive enterprises are few.
