Network fault causes power cuts

A fault on a high voltage network caused power cuts in several parts of Malta and Gozo yesterday at around 7.15 p.m.

Enemalta Corporation said immediate steps were taken to restore the service and by 8 p.m. the power supply had returned to various localities. Other areas took longer to be served.
