One of my various consumer affairs involvements and activities is being a member of the Consumer Affairs Council chaired by Carmen Delia.

Last week we had a council meeting in which we discussed, among other things, the forthcoming World Consumer Rights Day (March 15). Mrs Delia suggested that, in anticipation, I refer to it in the coming weeks in the hope of provoking consumer involvement and attendance.
