Charles Sammut (January 16) when dealing with his subject said "The Apostle Paul would be surprised if he had to return to Malta and discover the lack of faith caused by relying on foreign ideologies".

I would also add that he would have had a bigger surprise when he realised that he faced 18 months in prison as an illegal immigrant.
