Court bans publication of warden's name

A warden, whose name cannot be published by court order, was yesterday charged with falsifying signatures on official documents.

The warden was accused of falsifying signatures to the detriment of Michael Borg, Martin Bugeja, Jason Gilson, Joseph Magro and other people last October and November.

Police Inspector Helga Debono prosecuted

Dr Toni Abela appeared for the warden.
