Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg and Police Commissioner John Rizzo congratulated the sergeants and urged them to be proactive in their service to society.

During the ceremony PC 1314, Raymond Ambrogio, was given a certificate in recognition for his intervention to assist a person who was being physically attacked - his actions have also been recognised by a court.
