On Maltese buses it is stated that there only 12 passengers are to be standing, but we have often boarded buses with up to 24 persons standing.

Also, young Maltese will not give up their seats to the elderly or the disabled.

We also found on our latest visit that the younger people have forgotten that their grandparents and people from the UK in the hundreds lost their lives so that they can now enjoy a better life.
