Re/Max Malta at directors' workshop in Vienna

Training course to be implemented in Malta early this year

Jeffrey Buttigieg, director of Re/Max Malta recently attended a two-day regional director workshop in Vienna, Austria. The workshop themed 'Success by Design' addressed all Re/Max regional directors from Europe and included an introductory meeting to a Re/Max owned training course entitled "Succeed".

The "Success by Design" workshop is an annual event that brings together regional directors from all over Europe including England, Scotland, Wales and Italy, among others, to discuss business objectives and action planning for the different regions across Europe.

Commenting on his experience, Mr Buttigieg said Re/Max Europe was very happy with Malta's growth so far as "we are hitting our targets". "We've opened our Sliema office and will very soon open an office in Gozo followed by another two in Malta. Our new management structure, the experience from Re/Max Europe and other marketing initiatives have definitely given us a cutting edge in the market place," he said.

RE/MAX is currently enjoying a rapid growth pattern. As in the Maltese market, England, Italy, Ireland, Scotland and Wales have almost doubled growth this year and the Netherlands are to reach their 100th office before the end of this year.

Mr Buttigieg went on to say that this was encouraging for Malta. The brand name is very strong and it is making a great impact among consumers looking for a credible international professional outfit that can look after their interests, mostly overseas.

The last day in Vienna was dedicated to the training course, which will be implemented in Malta shortly. The course is in real estate, aimed at experienced and non-experienced agents wanting to improve their career.

The course was written by Re/Max Europe founder Frank Polzler and has been successful throughout Europe.
