The Superintendence of Cultural Heritage is holding a forum to discuss Culture, Heritage and the Arts at the Boffa Hall of the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta today from 9 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.

The forum will give an overview of the present situation and map out future scenarios, indicating how best to exploit opportunities for development and growth in that sector.

There will be plenary sessions as well as workshops dealing with particular aspects of culture, heritage and the arts.

The superintendence hopes that the conclusions of the discussion would serve as a basis for the drawing up of a National Strategy for Cultural Heritage.

The forum will be chaired by President Emeritus Ugo Mifsud Bonnici.

Attendance is free of charge.
