The culture commission of St Philip Band Club of Zebbug yesterday opened a Christmas exhibition entitled Nativitas at the club.

Thirty exhibitors from 15 localities are exhibiting a variety of cribs, statues of Baby Jesus, tools and materials used in the manufacture of wax statues by enthusiasts, philatelic information and photos.

Exhibits, some of which date back to the 17th century, include a Spanish set of statuettes. Entrance is free.

The opening hours are 5.30 to 9 p.m. today, from 8.30 a.m. to noon and 5.30 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and from 9 a.m. to noon and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday.
